Thanh Hoa province: The whole province has 3 qualified fishing ports suitable for foreign fishing vessels to dock (27-05-2019)
Implementing Official Letter No. 3099 / BNN-TCTS dated May 7, 2019 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the announcement of qualified fishing ports for fishing vessels operating in offshore areas and foreign fishing vessels docking.
After reviewing, the province has 3 fishing ports eligible for fishing vessels operating in offshore areas and for foreign fishing vessels to dock. Those are Lach Hoi fishing port at Sam Son City with the largest fishing vessel length of 46.86m; Lach Bang fishing port at Tinh Gia District with the largest fishing vessel length of 46m; and Hoa Loc fishing port at Hau Loc District with the largest fishing vessel length of 46m.
The publication of qualified fishing ports for foreign fishing vessels facilitates fishing vessels wishing to dock for loading and unloading seafood and other fishery logistics services.
