Vietnam: Total export value of agricultural, forest and fishery products in the first eight months of 2020 reached USD 26.15 billion07-09-2020

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), total value of exporting in August of 2020 was estimated at USD 3.63 billion. For the first eight months of 2020, total export value reached USD 26.15 billion, reducing by 0.9% with the same period of the previous year. Of which, total export value of agricultural products was estimated at nearly USD 12 billion, less than 3.2% in comparison to the same time of 2019, total value of exporting livestock products was USD 250 million, decreased by 25% than that of the last year. Total value of exporting main forestry products gained USD 7.83 billion, which was 10,3% higher than that of the same period of the last year. Total export value of fisheries products was USD 5.2 billion, dropping by 5.3%.
