Preventing illegal exploitation of aquatic products in the sea border areas (24-09-2018)
Phu Yen Provincial People’s Committee has provided the functional branches of the province with concrete guidances to fight and prevent illegal exploitation of aquatic products in the sea border areas of the province.
Vice Chairman of Phu Yen Provincial People’s Committee, Tran Huu The, has just issued a writing instructing People’s Committee of Dong Hoa, Tuy An district, Song Cau town and Tuy Hoa city to sponsor and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Provincial Border Guard Command, the concerned units in regularly organizing the propagation and fight for farmers against illegal exploitation of aquatic products on sea, pond rammer and bay; to strictly handle cases of deliberately repeated violations and activities against people on duty in accordance with the provisions of law.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties and obstacles, prompt reports and proposals to the Provincial People’s Committee for consideration and direction should be made.
Vice Chairman of Phu Yen People’s Committee assigned Song Cau People’s Committee to sponsor and coordinate with provincial police offices and Provincial Border Guard Commands in verifying and taking measures to deal with persons who deliberatedly violate and commit acts against people on duty in the past time.
