Can Giuoc releases 500,000 shrimps to the nature (06-08-2019)
Nearly 500,000 shrimps were released to nature by People's Committee of Can Giuoc district, Long An province to protect and develop marine resources.
Those shrimps were checked free - diseases before being released to the nature by the People's Committee of Can Giuoc district. It is aimed to protect and develop marine resources.
In the past, Can Giuoc’s authorities regularly called for people not to use prohibited methods in capturing; at the same time, improved checking and made punishment for violations, contributed to protecting and developing the diversity of aquatic resources.
Using prohibited and destructive methods, fishes, shrimps and aquatic animals are destroyed; the aquatic resources cannot be reproduced; it will heavily affect to biodiversity.
