In the first 7 months of 2018, the Fisheries Sub-Department coordinated with the Border Patrol Offices, the local authorities organized the marine patrol and surveillance in a total of 22 times, detected and recorded administrative violations of 155 vessels, confiscated 9 detonators, 21 electric generators, 70m of wires, 0.8m of slow-burning wires, the total amount of fines was 488,200,000 VND.
In addition, 103 other means were also warned for failing to comply with details of logging logs, poor quality lifebuoys, markings and unclear control signs.
